Booking your coach ticket

Choose your departure city, destination and travel date, then select an available departure. Pick your Business or VIP seats and review the fare, pickup point and drop-off point before entering passenger details. For a round trip, choose a return date and seats for both journeys.

Proceed with Payment sends your booking details to Tawakal Coach on WhatsApp. Ask the office to confirm your reservation and payment instructions; opening WhatsApp alone is not proof of payment.

Luggage and parcels

Before booking, ask customer support about the luggage allowance, extra-baggage charges and any restrictions on your items. For a parcel, confirm whether it can be accepted, the price, packaging requirements and the collection point with the office. Do not assume passenger baggage and parcels have the same terms.

Changes, payment and travel support

Keep your booking reference and payment confirmation. Contact Tawakal Coach before travel to confirm boarding details, or to ask about changes, cancellations and refund eligibility for your ticket.
